Rebeam is addressing one of the most complex challenges in sustainable manufacturing: turning mixed recycled plastics—each with different chemical compositions—into a single, reliable material. Unlike traditional recycling, which often struggles with inconsistent feedstock and compatibility issues, ReBeam specializes in transforming primarily PVC and other reclaimed plastics into high-performance dimensional lumber.

Our innovative extrusion process overcomes the limitations of traditional plastic reuse by stabilizing and blending materials to produce strong, uniform profiles. Our first breakthrough product is a durable, eco-friendly pallet—featuring 2x4 support beams and 1x3 top planks—designed to replace wood with a sustainable, mold-resistant, and long-lasting alternative.
